As a Naturopathic doctor I do NOT diagnose disease NOR do I treat disease. We will leave that to the medical profession. I want no part of it. It’s a failed system, and when it comes to wellness, it doesn’t work.

Nothing heals you! Only the body can heal itself!

As a Naturopathic Doctor I focus on the body as a whole. The body can and will heal itself.

If you accidentally cut yourself and leave it alone, it will heal. But if you aggravate it every day, it will never ever heal. In fact a simple superficial wound could turn life threatening.  It could get infected, result in amputation or even death.

Our lifestyles do the same thing to our bodies. We are assaulting our body’s everyday. (agitating the wound sort of speak) and the body never has the opportunity to heal. Through our lifestyle we keep assaulting our body’s and the body never has the opportunity to heal, because of this we develop life threatening diseases. Stop the assault, and the body will begin the healing process.

Just as if you stop agitating the wound it will heal. So will the body heal.

So what happens;

Our first initial office visit will be $150

or if you prefer a house call it will be $180

There is no set time limit on our first visit. It takes whatever it takes for you to express yourself, and for me to ask all the necessary questions to fully understand your wellness challenges.

Then we will set up a minimum of a 6 month program getting you back on the road to wellness.

Basics of the six month program;

First things first, a full vitals work up

  • Weight
  • Height
  • Blood Pressure
  • Glucose (Blood Sugar)
  • Total Cholesterol
  • HDL Cholesterol
  • LDL Cholesterol
  • Tryglycerides
  • Thyroid Function (TSH)

If you already have this information from your primary care medical doctor that is great, we can use it.

If you don’t and your insurance will cover it go ahead and get it from your primary care medical doctor.

If that is not an option for you I use very affordably labs that you can take advantage of.

One step at a time

We will get together twice a month for a total of 12 appointments.

These appointments will consist of;

  • Office appointments; here we will continue to check vitals, consult, discus progress and give you an opportunity to express your experience with the program both good and bad. Discus the next step and implementation of.
  • Over the phone appointments; consult, discus progress and give you an opportunity to express your experience with the program both good and bad. Discus the next step and implementation of.
  • In health food store appointment; Healthy food choices introduces new foods and ingredients you may not be failure with. This can create unnecessary anxiety.  To alleviate this we will go to a local health-food store together where I will familiarize you with the store, food products and ingredients you may not be familiar with.
  • If you are comfortable with it, in your home appointments; in your home I will demonstrate to you how fast and simple it is to create extremely delicious, healthy meals. Yes I will cook meals for you!!

Changing one’s lifestyle does not have to be difficult, you just need to be shown.
